Repairman was excellent. Dishwasher was reinstalled better than originally installed. Cost of repair parts was higher than I could purchased them on open market. I am very happy with the work. Have recommend Hoffman to a neighbor.

The repairman did a great job also, he gave me some helpful tips about my appliance. I was so pleased with work I signed up for 1 year warranty.

Didn't show up when they said they would, then promised to come the next day, but never showed up again. They talk a good game, but once you sign up for something like "family and friends" and they have you committed for $28 a month, they don't seem to care.

They were professional, asked for some service but I did not need it, the customer service was exceptional.
