+ -1 moreI listed the property way below purchase price, as suggested by the well prepared and tech savvy agent. I used her suggested preparation contacts, and followed suggestions given. After never showing the property, the answer was to lower the price. I chose instead to try a different agent that might specialize in lower dollar ($99,000) properties.
Description of Work: I listed a property through this company. While the print media and advertising was great, they failed to ever show my listing in the entire contract period. MLS showed the property 4 times, with online feedback, but I feel that this agent was overbooked and focused on her higher dollar listings.

+ -1 moreLa Nora Kay of Coldwell Banker Hometeam Realty discussed with us the real estate options in the Branson vicinity. Having over 25 years of experience in the area, she was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and a great listener. After determining our needs, she went thru the current listings online with us and printed out a very detailed "book" of properties available. The next day we went out and looked at what was available. We didn't quite find what we wanted on this visit to Branson, but we will definately come back to La Nora Kay for assistance when we continue our search in the future.
Description of Work: We needed expert advice on real estate in the Branson area.
