+ -1 moreI called D & B first thing In the morning to schedule an appointment to repair my unit. The assured me that they would be here the same day to help me out. I called in the afternoon to see if there was an estimate on the time they would arrive. They told me there was no record of an appointment to come to my house, and that they wouldn't be able to come same day to work. I scheduled an appointment for the following day, but then called other companies to look for,same day service - I found one and called D & B back to cancel the appointment. D & B called yesterday to tell me that they were too booked to make it to my house, I told them that I had cancelled the appointment and was surprised they were calling me. Today they called again to see if today would be a good day to come out... I would never call them again, very bad first impression!
