Description of Work: Carol came to our home to sign our listing & assured us she would do everything she could to get a sale. After that . . . ZIPPO! Never saw her again and never heard from them unless we got a showing (rarely) and even then they let the other realtors do the showing (very bad at that, they didn't do that great a job because they didn't know our property). We had a couple interested parties they never followed up; left it to the showing realtor to do that with no results. All they could keep telling us was to lower the price: over, and over, and over. Gee, I wonder how hard it is to list something online & then never have to do anything else after that unless a FLUKE happens & somebody else happens to s.how & sell it FOR you??? Bad experience. | If you want a realtor to lie to you about 'doing everything possible to sell your property' and afterwards disappear - go ahead w/this company.

+ -1 moreAll details were handled appropriately. Our agents were extremely good at returning calls, follow ups, etc., and did a great job at showing us properties which met our needs. We only looked at a handful of properties before finding the one we wanted. The closing was smooth and timely. The same agents sold our home. We had an offer in 44 days, which exceeded our expectations. We had a few bumps before getting to the closing table, but our agents did their part to make the transaction as painless as possible.
Description of Work: We used a Carol Jones Realtor to sell our former home and assist us with buying our new one.

+ -1 moreBill Blitch has driven us all over Branson showing us everything from soup to nuts. We are from Wisconsin and have spent weeks and weeks looking at homes. With each visit we spent time with Bill looking at the various homes listed since our last visit. We made an offer on one home but withdrew it after an inspection. (See Aces Home Inspection) Then we made an offer on a home but after three rounds of counters could not come to an agreed price. Finally, Bill found just the right house. Our closing will be next month. Bill kept looking and working for us until we were embarised at the amount of work he was doing. Thanks Bill for hanging in there. Greg & Kris
