5 STAR TIMESHARE EXCHANGE

Description of Work: We were wanting to get rid of the timeshare we have had for almost 20 years. I have looked and researched for a almost a year on how to go about it, with little or no cost to us. Getting rid of a timeshare is not easy. We did not want to pay a fee to a company to list it for resale. We did not want to pay a "commission" to a someone either. Dave Ramsey, a national radio host, suggested contacting the Timeshare Resort that we bought into directly. Some resorts have a Buy Back Department or staff member who can assist you with this. Our Resort gave us the name of FIVE STAR TIMESHARE EXCHANGE to handle the paperwork for buying back our timeshare. I have to admit I was very leery of both our Timeshare Resort and Five Star Timeshare Exchange during this whole process.After all the research I had done,I knew of too many horror stories! I kept waiting to be notified that there would be a cost for this, and a cost to do that....etc. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was! We did not have to pay anything out of pocket , in the way of fees, commissions, etc. We got a small check for our timeshare. It was less than $100. You will only get pennies on the dollar for a Timeshare buyout.
