I called this service and left a message, which was ignored once. When I finally did contact this company, a person came out later in the day to look over my driveway and give me an estimate. He told me the price and said he'd schedule me in by thursday of that week. The next morning, a different person than the one who had visited the day before called to get directions to my home and tell me that he would be there in 15 minutes. Since I was not expecting them to come that day, I told them I needed them to come at a later time. The driver referred me to Brian, the owner, who was unhelpful about the schedule conflict and told me that if I couldn't leave a check in my mailbox for the driver then he would just dump the gravel and refuse to do the work. I wasn't comfortable with leaving money unattended, so my fiance rearranged his schedule to meet the driver. When the driver came, there was only a dump truck full of gravel and no grader as I had specifically requested on the phone. When I arrived home that afternoon, the gravel was spread along the driveway, but the main problem area, a collection of potholes about 4-8 feet wide hadn't been addressed. The potholes were the main reason I had scheduled the service, and the driver who came to put down the gravel didn't even know anything about it. When I called him after the "work" was finished to say that the pot holes we had been concerned about were still evident. His reply was "Didn't you watch what he did and tell him what you wanted?" I don't know how I was supposed to do that at all if I had taken his original suggestion to leave the payment in the mailbox to be picked up by the driver who had no knowledge of what was expected of him. My fiance did watch the work and told the driver what he wanted, but was obviously ignored.
