I called Carol on the 7th in the middle of the day and told her that my water pressure was not right and would she send Norm out to chek on it, because I knew Norm and his work ethics and trusted him. I did not know Carol as yet.  Well, she showed up later that afternoon saying Norm was busy and she could check it out. After her inspection and estimate she left.
Showing up the next day with Norm driving the big truck they got right to work. I am the kind of customer that has to watch and ask curious questions of the people working on my home and probably drive them crazy. Carol and Norm are down to earth country people and it helps that I've known Norm since he was a kid, so it was easy conversation with explainations when I asked questions (and I ask a lot of questions) and the surety with which they worked together was great to watch. They worked nonstop and got the job done in just two hours. They were very proffessional and courteous and I was so enjoying their company I was sorry to see them go.
By coincidence, the previous owners had this company out to repair the well 20 years ago when Carol was just a young thing and she worked right beside her dad. She has experience and is really good at her profession.
I have great water pressure and will see Carol and Norm around town now and then, hopfully not proffessionaly for a while.
