Overall I'm not impressed. I didn't ask them to clean the sidewalk. They mentioned that an item would have to be special ordered. I've called them repeatedly and they never returned any of my phone calls so I've had to make other arrangements.

My experience with them is good. He checks and if the lawn doesn't need mowed he doesn't mow, so that he isn't overcharging.

They were really busy because it was a big snow, they came as soon as they could which was the next morning. In an half, an hour the snow removal was completed.

They are fantastic.  They are very good and are always very nice!  One time they even cleaned off my front porch for me, and I never asked them to do that.

The crew was very prompt. The only hiccup was there was a little damage to some of the yards. But the owner was very apologetic and offered to repair any damages. I am not sure if the damages have been repaired, but overall the company is very professional and reasonably priced for this service.

A-1 SNOW REMOVAL WAS HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY WERE CAREFUL AND DID A GREAT JOB. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES THIS WINTER. THE MAN THAT COMES OUT LETS YOU KNOW WHEN HE GET THERE, AND WHEN HE IS LEAVING.

Smoothly. Prompt, courteous, excellent work. Wells will not come back and say that the job actually costs more after he gets done. If anyhting unexpected pops up during the work, it is settled immediately and fairly.

Everything was great from response to bid for the job and completing the job. Very professional and went above and beyond. Applied care to my property as if it was his own. I’m happy that they are local as well. I will certainly hire for future jobs!

Acceptable, timely service for snow removal. Then we asked for lawn/ leaf services, which they originally agreed to--until, suddenly, our property was "too far" for them to do.  We were dropped so late that it was difficult to find alternate solutions.  Not reliable.  Maybe ethnic prejudices?...
