I, Joshua Montgomery, CEO of Buildet Foundation Repair, LLC have been performing structual repairs and waterprofing for the past 8 years. I have experience as an employee and as a self-employed entrepreneur of excellence in the repair, maintenance, and construction of new and existing foundations. Most work I have performed has been obtained from satisfied customers who have had difficulties finding anyone who had the capabilities of repairing existing faulty foundations. I work with a crew who is also experienced in structual repairs and waterproofing. We do quality work in an expedient manner and work more cheaply than most companies due to low overhead costs, and by never over selling a job with unnecessary repairs. No bid received. After waiting three weeks, I started placing phone calls and left messages with no response. We let the structural engineer know he did not get back to us with a bid or respond to the phone calls.
Description of Work: Came out to view work to be performed and was to get back to us with a bid. This company was referred to us by a structural engineer.
