Great, the installers were friendly and did great work. My new flashing looks 100% better than the previous installation did and is not leaking. I am pleased with the work and with Taylor-Made for making it right!

Horrible!!!! Ater we paid them halfe they said it would be finished in two weeks. Well after calling and waiting almost 6 weeks for them to show up they finally came. After the job was finally completed we had to call them back and talk to the owner and tell him he needed to come and see what his crew did wrong. He told us what are you just trying to take my money. Less than a year later we had to call them back cause we had a leak. Before they even ca,e out and looked at it they said it was probally wind and we dont cover that. When they did come and look at it they wanted to charge us. We told thme ummm no we still have a warranty. Thye do not stand behind on the warranty. I will never use this company agian.

The first day the roofers arrived around 9:30 am and after 15 minutes stated that all the materials were not there. They sat around on our porch for an hour or so doing nothing. When they did finally begin to work they keep running in and out of my house for water and to use the bathroom. Somehow managed to break one of the chairs on my porch. I walked out on the back deck to find them pushing the old shingles into our outside HVAC unit that was less than six months old... Five days later the roof was done. They did not clean up, there were nails, screws, pieces of metal, and old shingles everywhere, even inside our outside HVAC unit. We called to complain and they came back to clean up. Then one the the ridge caps came off because it was not screwed down, called again, came out and fixed. Next day it RAINED... water came through the ceiling in my living room and oldest son's bedroom...I called again...they came back again...they promised to return to repair the damaged sheet rock on the ceiling, haven't seen them since but they had no problem taking our $6,300. Never-ever again. UPDATE 4/2/2013: They came back last week after I filed a complaint with the BBB, they replaced and sealed the places that have been leaking since September 2011 (when the roof was installed) and sealed around the chimney. It hasn't rained yet, so we have yet to see whether or not it's going to leak. Upon seeing this review the owner offered to address the water damage in the bedroom ceiling but I don't feel I want them anywhere near anything else I own. Owner asked me to take this review down, sorry, Angie's List is to protect the consumer. I feel ripped off and that they completely disrespected my home. Terrible experience and the worst part is that our old roof WAS NOT LEAKING, we thought by putting on a new roof we were making an investment into our property, so wrong. I would never hire this company for anything ever again and I really hope that that our new roof finally does it's job. Russell, James says to tell you "he's not available".

People need to stay away from them. I have MP3s of them, they used curse words with me quite a few times. They soured my experience with any construction company. They want 60% upfront which they got, then the job wasn't done right. Then they threatened to put a lein on my property because I signed something. I told them I have my side of the story and my rights, too. He has threatened to rip the roof off while I was gone. There were dents in the roof and they put a patch in it. I paid for closure strips on the end and they didn't put those on. It is clearly stated in the contract and the owner even came out without a copy of the contract, I told him he could see my copy in court. It was a pretty bad experience. They were focused on me not paying them, I had the money it's just the fact of them not finishing the job. There were dents on some of the panels and they blamed it on coming that way, I told them they should have sent it back. They won't stand behind anything. I paid them because I don't want a lein on my property. They told me I needed to meet them out there but I told them they just need to do their job. At first they sounded good until they got started and I paid them money. They are not very business like and I know of some illegal things they have done.

They were prompt, fast and cleaned up their messes and the yard. They were really flexible with us.
