Description of Work: They seemed to do a good job. This was a flat roof section, so if it was a bit difficult to see their work. My only real complaint at this point is that I was never contacted after the job was done. I just received a bill, and that was that.

Description of Work: I had a roof leak and called to schedule a bid, they did not show on the original schedule date but he did call and admit it was his fault and schedule again for the next day. I did tell him there would be another company giving me a bid as well just so he knew. He never showed up and when I called, he said he drove by but saw another company there and didnt stop. + -1 moreEverything was fine and I haven't had any troubles or problems with anything. I was out of town when they did the work but my wife was here. They did the whole job in one day. They came when they were supposed to and did the job promptly and cleaned everything up. They didn't damage any of the flowers and I have a lot of them around the house. They were slightly cheaper than another company that I had gotten an estimate from.
Description of Work: I used Zucca & Daughters & Sons Roofing to put a roof on my house. They had to tear the old wood roof off. They didn't have to do the front of my house.

They said they could do caulking of our shingles. They also followed up with us a couple of times to see if we had any questions.

+ 0 moreBecause of hail damage, I needed a new roof. Zucca s was doing work in my subdivision so I asked them to come over and do an estimate on mine. He said that the chances of getting a new roof from my insurance company were 50/50. I asked for him to meet with my insurance adjuster since he was one of the insurance company s certified roofers. After he met with the insurance company, I was pleased to find out that I would be getting a new roof and gutters. He brought sample roofing materials by and even took me around the neighborhood to look at other people s roofs in order to help me choose the color. The roof and gutters were installed about three weeks later. The roof looks very good. The only problem was that something fell through the roof and made a hole in the ceiling of my bathroom. Once I made them aware of that, they sent out a contractor who repaired it free of charge.
Description of Work: Tore off old roof and gutters. Installed new Timberline roof and new gutters.

+ -1 moreUpon recommendations of four friends, we had Zucca put a new roof on our home. They were here bright and early with a brigade (literally!) of hard workers. They stopped briefly for lunch and were back at it immediately after the last Frito bag was thrown away. After about 12 hours, all was picked up, they were gone and we had a new roof. Not one complaint, and I was very pleased with their work and recommend them to anyone who needs roofing services. We have rental houses and use them for that work as well.

Over the course of the next three months I made several calls to the company and each time was told to be patient and they would get to me. Each time I called they said that my paperwork was with someone else, so I am not sure if they even had my information on subsequent calls. Of the five companies I contacted this is the only one who failed to follow through and provide an estimate.
Description of Work: I contacted this company in June 2006 to request a bid for re-roofing my house after a hailstorm in the area. This company had been referred to me by a personal friend who had used them, and who also happened to be a real estate agent that had worked with this company before. This was the only company that I contacted for which I had a personal reference.
