Description of Work: We rated Triad as a D, this company was hired for installation of a new roof, replacement of damaged gutters, and replacement of damaged siding. Triad hired subcontractors from the area. The crew hired for the roof and gutters did a nice job on our home. The crew hired for the siding was just the beginning of our nightmare! The day the crew was to begin tear down on our home two men showed up, I went out to visit with the one in charge and asked is it only you two? He said, "" yes, the others had too much to drink last night"" laughing. He then went to sit in his truck while the one guy starting tearing off the siding. The next morning we had 20-30 mile per hour wind, no crew showed up and we had siding and styrofoam flying through the neighborhood! They had a full trailer with a tarp not fulling covering the debris, they left siding, styrofoam laying all over the yard! It took us two hours to clean the area! The full crew then showed up in the next couple of days, they began applying the new siding not applying styrofoam with installation! I checked your website to see how siding was to be properly installed then we approached the head of the crew. He agreed maybe the should apply styrofoam! We contacted Triad with our concerns, they felt we should continue to talk to the man in charge. We came home each night to the continued nightmare, tools, debris, siding all over the yard! The siding looked terrible, then another crew member misunderstood direction and began tearing off siding from the part of the home that did not have hail damage, he botched the siding on the front of house while denting the new gutters also! We contacted Triad now sending many pictures of the botched work! They finally sent two new subcontractors to review the terrible work done and try to figure how they were going to fix it! The next subcontractor did a great job repairing and replacing the siding on the two sides if our damage done! We still have the front of the home that was botched and Triad sent an invoice but, will not return any email responses pertaining to the front of the home! The last email I sent, I let them know I could be available for their insurance adjuster so they would be able to file a claim with their general liability insurance! I would not recommend this company at this time!
