Color of the material that was delivered was off, not what we were expecting from both the catalog and seeing it first hand at the supplier. We were told we'd like it better once is was installed, we didn't. At that point Matt just became defensive, only interested in arguing he isn't responsible, the problem is our fault. Not unlike another Yelp review. I should have looked at more reviews.
Description of Work: Replace an old paver stone path.

+ -1 moreTheir crew arrived on time. They proceed to do the agreed work. I had never seen mud jacking before. They explained the process and I watched them do the work. They cleaned up their work areas and powerwashed the floors, doors, drive and street where they parked there equipment - mud jacking gets messy. When they left. I was impressed at the results. The garage floor is now stabilized and should not crack or fall because the void is filled. My driveway is leveled and a smooth egress into the garage. The patio looks nice now as it is even to the patio door. This is a good company.
Description of Work: I heard by word of mouth about this company and knew the family that owned and works for the business. I discovered that my garage floor was cracking along the two drive through doors and was getting worse after the dry summer. On further inspection of the garage floor, I feared the floor was falling in. I also noticed the floor sounded hollow if I tapped on it with a hammer. Steve from Escape Outdoors Mud Jacking came out and confirmed that the dirt under the floor had settled and there was a void along the footings under the concrete floor. We also looked at my driveway. It was obvious that the drive had settled and some of the concrete panels were not level also the panels along the doorway footings had dropped over 1 inch or so. In our backyard we looked at our patio slab. We found it had dropped about 21/2 inches. Here is a list of the services Escape Outdoor Mud Jacking did for us. 1. Filled the void under the garage floor and leveled the large dropped areas in front of the two doors. 2. Raised the two concrete panels of the driveway even with the two garage doors. 3. Raised and leveled two additional panels in the drive. 4. Raised the patio concrete slab even to the patio door threshold making a smooth egress.
