+ -1 moreI will always call Metro Piano for every piano move I make. Their tuning service is just as excellent.
Description of Work: This was for piano moving, not tuning, but I have referred clients of mine to Metro Piano many times and we have all had wonderful experiences. Dennis and Van were prompt and expert.

+ -1 moreDENNIS WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. HE WAS GOING TO BE LATE THE FIRST DAY DUE TO AN ACCIDENT ON THE INTERSTATE BUT HE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW HE WOULD BE LATE. HE IS A VERY THOROUGH AND KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON WHEN IT COMES TO PIANOS AND HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT HE WAS DOING AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. I ALSO THOUGHT HIS PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR ALL THE WORK THAT WAS DONE.
Description of Work: DENNIS CAME OUT TO TUNE OUR PIANO. IT HAD BEEN A COUPLE OF YEARS SO IT WAS PRETTY OUT OF TUNE. HE ALSO NOTICED THAT THE STRIKE HEADS WERE GETTING VERY WORN SO HE REMOVED THE INSIDES OF THE PIANO, FILED DOWN THE HEADS AND BROUGHT IT BACK A WEEK LATER AND RETUNED THE PIANO.
