Monte was prompt and very professional. He cleaned up after the job including moving furniture. He performed a quality job and I highly recommend his services and will definitely hire him again.

We cannot say enough good things about Monte and his work. He was clean, responsive, organized, and did such high quality work. He also communicated well with us throughout the entire process and made everything easy. His bid was significantly less than others we received but the cost wasn't indicative of quality. We have high standards for work on the house and he exceeded those. We are lucky to have found him and would definitely use him for any future tile work. We had just had to fire the previous tile guy who came on referral but was horrible. Monte came to the rescue - exquisite work, prompt, trustworthy, amazing price. We were so gun shy after our bad experience and he renewed our confidence in craftsman.

It was a large scale job and took quite a bit of time and we had several delays because of plumbing issues. Monte was very flexible and even came back to cut a hole in the flooring for our tub drain. He was conscious of his work and tried hard to minimize the mess that goes along with construction.

What I appreciate most is his attention to details. The tile layout is symmetrical & balanced, grout line are straight, shower floor & seat drain completely, perfection is maintained to the edges and into the corners. I have used M & M Tile Services on 3 separate occasions. I am extremely pleased with Monte & his work. I highly recommend M & M Tile Services for tile work in your home.

Monte is easy to get a hold of and returns calls promptly. He did some work for us last year and we were very happy with it (kitchen backsplash and two fireplaces), so we called him for this job. He is very prompt in showing up when he says he will and he works very hard the whole time he is here. He cleans up very well each day and when he is finished. Monte is good about keeping us informed about the work and what is going to take place each day. He is also very good about discussing options and ways to do things. His work is excellent! I would highly recommend him.

I do not have any complaints. Monte is a true professional and was at our home when he said he would be everyday that he was working. He does beautiful work from start to finish and cleans up when he is done and we didn't even know that he had been cutting tile!! I won't use anyone else for my tile work.
