Their communication is awful, they have been giving me the runaround passing me off to different departments and sending out people who are not knowledgeable enough or professional enough to get the job done. After all this they simply tell me my system is not compatible and joked I just needed to get new equipment. The installation was sub-par and the service does not work correctly. They seem to find the quick and cheap solution, not the solution that works for their customers. They have lied to me and ridiculed me. I will not be using them again. All three contacts were unsatisfactory.
Description of Work: We hired this company to install a satellite on our home. This job was very unsatisfactory. They put in the new satellite but didn't hook it up right and didn't show me how to use it. they didn't take the old one.
