The flooring is fine but the floors not been completed yet and there has not been any follow up date to come out and finish the work nor was a receipt given to me.

Guy showed up an hour late, didn't have spacers. Then left after 90 min to "another job". I doubled Brians quote just to get it done that day. Then had a veteran tile setter inspect the work done. He said nothing was done right. Had I let him continue my tile would have been falling off within months. Im glad I paid nothing up front.
Description of Work: Tile & grout for tub/shower.

First, if you know a "master" tile setter, why didn't you hire him? We highly encourage and recommend other contractors on a regular basis because we believe everyone has to eat. (BUT you had to have a rush on it and we accommodated as much as we could.) Second, in the future, I would highly recommend that you do not touch or remove tile that is setting up as it has a tendency to move the tile as it takes time for mortar or mastic to set up. (Usually 24-48 hours, depending one conditions) Furthermore, a plan was in place and you were aware of the before he even started the project. You agreed and he started. Communication is big in our company and we pride ourselves in quality work. You called on a Saturday and demanded to speak to someone and it doesn't seem that I was to your liking. I hope you show a little more respect when you are speaking to people. I hope that you have a blessed day.

The pumps were in self contained units and worked like champions. Bryan showed up on time, and finished the install quickly with his associate. They cleaned up any debris and tested the units prior to leaving, he also took care of any project debris. He was quick, efficient, professional, clean and listened to my concerns. I would recommend him to anyone with this issue!
Description of Work: Bryan, installed Sump pumps into our window wells to eliminate the rain water from filling up our basement's window wells and allowing us to keep our basement dry
