+ -1 morewent down the hall to see if they were finished & the helper was comong out of her bedroom! After they left, she discovered a cocktail ring (given to her by her deceased husband( was missing! It was appraised in 1990 at %2950.00. She called the company and told them about the missing ring. They told her she was a d*** liar. She has contacted Blue Springs, Independence, & Kansas City police. The Kansa City police are supposed to contact her this week.
Description of Work: Reseated toilet tank to bowl. Services were okay. But, if this is the company with an employee named "Luke". Do not use this company. This service was performed for my neighbor. He had a young helper. My neighbor (Mary Ellen Wood),

+ -1 moreAlex showed up within five minutes of the scheduled time, was polite, professional and went so far as to warn me that it was going to get messy. He was right, it did get messy but it was all cleaned up by the time he left. Any time I need a plumber I will be calling Genesis Plumbing again.
Description of Work: The plumber unclogged the main house drain and the kitchen drain.
