+ -1 moreI called and spoke to Ryan at Elite last fall explaining to him that I needed my pool liner replaced last fall due to holes in the liner. He told me they would be right out as soon as possible. Since they assured me they would be coming out to take measurements i did not put the cover on my pool when I shut it down. Now here it is, May 18th and still nobody from Elite has came out to look at my pool after I have spoke with the owners Rocky and Matt and I spoke with Ryan at least 4 times. Finally I spoke with Matt again this morning after calling him for a 6th time, he finally told me he was too busy and I should find someone else. I told him a phone call saying he couldn't get to me would have been nice. Now here I am with an unusable pool this summer. Poor customer service on their part. I will be finding another company to business with in the future.
