I had a broken shower faucet and made almost a dozen phone calls vetting plumbers, and all of them either quoted me outrageous prices or scheduled to come look at the problem and then never showed up. I called Dan and he and Brian were there the same day to assess the problem and they quoted me a price that was a third of what I had been receiving. They were able to replace all the faucet fixtures the next day with no issues whatsoever -- even considering the challenges that come with repairing plumbing in a 100+ year old home. Excellent work, excellent service, 100% recommend and will hire again!

We needed to replace the gas valve to the fireplace and plug another valve in an unused pipe. For me it was worth the cost and the satisfaction of knowing we had no leaks in the system. They used state of the art testers to check for gas leaks. For that I thank you. I wish this review would have more choices that were relative to my needs. Not something that Dads has control over Iâ  m sure.

They are one of the very few businesses that work on natural gas powered gaslights in independence Missouri and their work is so thorough I have no concerns about the safety of the lamp and gas line. All employees are very customer devoted and respectful, it was a pleasure to work with them. And I definitely would again!

Dan and Brian were very thorough in their work! They explained everything in a way that I could understand things, they didnâ  t quit until the job was done perfectly. I had them install a new AC and furnace. They even built me a new base by hand for my unit. It was a weird size so they couldnâ  t find one already made and literally cut and bent metal in my garage so itâ  s the perfect size!! The price was so much lower than the other quotes I had too! Excellent response time - Dan called at 6:30 AM about my A/C not working. He was at my house at 9:15 with the diagnosis. I decided to install a new A/C and furnace. I had a quote in the afternoon and they installed everything the following day. They cleaned the lines that run from the outside unit into the basement. I got instructions on how to maintain the outside unit. Everything was great. Whenever I need maintenance or something HVAC related, I know who to call. Iâ ve already given the business name to a neighbor and a co-worker.. Dan and Don were awesome.

Excellent service from these guys, they work quick, are very friendly, and it doesn't feel like someone is trying to sell you something you don't need. I'm very satisfied with their performance.

They called 9 at night then showed up the next morning, they took off the furnace cover and took apart some wires which they did not tape up afterwards, even though it was a dead wire it was taped when they started, the next thing was they found an issues with my thermoset and refused to use a home depot brand thermostat saying they would come back the next day and charge me for everything. They deserve no stars.
