Dad's Heating and Cooling

Chose to have a new furnace installed based on the cost of repairs. Am very pleased with new furnace and now very warm and much safer.

Service was great! Repairman explained what he was doing all along the way. Very friendly and personable. Daniel called later on to see how everything went and to thank me. I will definitely use them again if needed.

They were very honest. Help save me a lot of money. And got my heat up and running. I will never use anybody else.

1/25/19 Donnie was great company and conversation, VERY knowledgeable, totally professional, respectable. I would call Dad's back if anything else was wrong. In fact they called me within SECONDS of my posting of my emergency and was incredibly helpful and considerate of my emergency. I felt the price was very reasonable. Yet another reason why I'd call them and recommend them to anyone seeking Service or Repairs. This was such a pleasant experience. Thanks Dad's!

The date of service: 09/01/2019. The service I received was professional as well as respectful regarding my home. The technician had a tight and not well-lit space to work in on my furnace. Therefore, he had a challenge in fixing the problem in order for my family and me to have a warm home. The serviceman treated me fairly with charging me for the service cost only after discovering that the problem was minor; having to replace a part. Thank you so much Dads Heating and Cooling for understanding how people like myself want to be treated when it comes to needing professional help.

The tech that came out was not very professional. He did a maintenance check then found a problem and said it would be an additional cost of around $300. We agreed and he was to call and come back the next day. 2 days later, after multiple calls to his number, we had to call HomeAdvisor to be put in contact with the company. Now they said it would be a $600 repair, We told them the $300 quote and they did agree to do it for that since they had neglected us. Then when tech came out he said he found more that needed repaired and it would be $600 ? Our furnace is in crawl space under house, my husband can not get to it due to his health, so we just had to take their word for it all and hope when done it was all repaired correctly. We could not use our furnace till done, so we felt we had no choice in finding someone else at the time..

Donny worked his rear off making the bore of a collet 3/16" larger in order to accept the spindle of the new actuator motor. And he did it with a smile.

I had been told by another Htg&Cooling company that my compressor was shot and needed replaced. I had Dad's out for a second opinion and they were able to determine that all I needed was a new thermostat and 3 lbs of freon. It is working great and they are now the Htg&cooling company I will call. Very professional and explained in detail what was wrong. Highly recommend this company.

Dan and Donny were great to work with. From quote to install took only 3 day and part of that was due to my scheduling. Great experience! Dads is my "go to company"!
