I have been holding off on my review because it has been an adventure, some adventures can be good some can be bad..This one was a bit rocky but in the end, all is well. It turned out to be an adventure that had a very happy ending. I would recommend Dan and his company for any and all HVAC issues from repairs to new installs. He is a stand up guy and stands behind his work and stays with you until it is all fixed. I would hire them again and again and again, because they are a great company. So if you are in doubt about a HVAC repair company, this is where you need to put your money. It will be well worth it Great job GUYS thank you so very much

After using the same company for 25 years that installed both our original and the replaced HAC system in our home I decided to get a second opinion as to whether it was time again to replace our unit again for the third time. Wow! I'm so glad I did because not only did they get the AC running like it never has worked again for years, but they pointed out some poor installed issues with our furnace venting that they will correct when I get the furnace serviced in the fall. These guys treated me like family...awesome old fashioned service like we used to have..so glad I found them! Great Job..A+

We hired them because we no longer trusted the huge company we had been with for years. So they came along behind our previous company who had just ASSURED us tHAT BOTH OUR UNITS NEEDED REPLACED AFTER 10 YEARS. Same units we were told would last 15 years when we bought them. Long story short, we could not be more pleased with the wonderful service we got using this company. As we had suspected, neither of our units required replacement, only repairs. Had we known about them sooner, we could have paid nearly half for a thermostat we replaced. Anyone complaining about their fees is clueless about what other companies charge. Donnie comes to our home, I explained that we doubted what the previous company had told us and off to work he went. He was extremely professional, explained himself and the repair process very well, answered my questions very professionally and detailed what he felt would remedy our problems with both units. I had no doubt he was going about the repairs in a way that best served us, and was certainly cheaper than replacing both units. The appt he had prior to us was very difficult and ran him latre, but we were kept informed. I was expecting a very frustrated tech when I welcomed him in, but Donnie met me with a warm smile and was quite pleasant to interact with. We care nothing about fancy work attire or anything else superficial. We simply wanted someone to be honest about what needed done and for that work to be completed by a true professional. This company, especially Donnie delivered exactly what we wanted plus more. We will not hesitate to invite them back and absolutely WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to others who need repairs. Today I hired Donnie to do work at my Mothers home as well, and I am quite confident she too will be more than pleased to know she has a HVAC company she can depend on 100%. Ignore any negative review you may run across, as I always say, there is more to hear than from just one person. Trust them to make things right for you.

Dad's Heating and Cooling is the way to go for all of your HVAC needs. They are prompt, courteous, and very knowledgable about HVAC repair. The repair tech was on the ball. Not only did he do a great job, but he explained to me what he was repairing, and answered all of my questions. I've used them twice and will use them for all of my future HVAC needs. They aren't expensive and you won't walk away feeling like you've been had.

I would have liked more info about the product and warranty; I may yet get that in the mail; Everyone was nice and pleasant to work with but I just do not know enough about this kind of experience. The homes purchased before were new/newer and had no need replace basic items.

Very prompt in calling to set up service. Appreciated the office calling me to explaining traffic and that they would be delayed. Also received phone call from technician stating that they would be late due to heavy traffic.
