pool cleaners
+ -1 moreThe beginning of the pool season 2007, the pool deck was leaning inward on one side and leaning the opposite way on the other. I called the company at least every other day from April to May and did not get anything resolved. I continued to call all summer and finally in July, the 2 men that installed the pool came out to look at it. I attempted to set a date for the repair for Nov. 2007 and was given the run around, by Paul in Marketing and Daryl in Maintenance. Each person was passing the buck to the other and no one would take responsibility, or give me a straight answer. I resumed calling again the first part of April, and again have gotten no results. In fact they tell me they will call back and no one calls, so I call them and they act like they don't know what I am talking about. The work was greatly inferior, not only are the sides leaning inward, but the metal is deteriorating on the screws they placed.
Description of Work: This company is out of Missouri, I was given the impression that it was a local Minnesota company because of the ad in the Minneapolis paper. I had an above ground 15/30 oval pool installed Aug. 2006. The installation went well, but the installers did not explain the product at all.
