Very quick response to an emergency situation and came out the next day to evaluate the situation. Made many promises to complete work, coordinate with city and power company and return power quickly. I believe I paid a premium for this. It has been 10 days and we still have no power. The quality of the work was good, but the coordination with the city and the power company was awful. Every day they would make promises the power would be restored, but it was not. I would have expected a little more honesty on what was going on as they seemed to blame everyone else (city inspector and power company) for power not being restored. I refused to pay the final bill until the power was restored, but yesterday the owner called me and said the power company needed a fully paid invoice to verify all work was complete. Although I did not really believe him, I paid the bill as I just want to power back on. Of course, they no longer care now that they are paid. I would not recommend this company or ever use them again.

Prompt estimate and then prompt return to do the service. Further I had other companies assuming supplies had increased dramatically but this company was honest and providdd honest price

C&S was very professional and yet still very polite and personable. That makes perfect sense since the owner and founder is a US Armed Forces vet. Seth and Jeremiah made quick work of my flood light installation when they arrived. Earlier, Seth had recommended a supplier where I could select the fixture that worked best for my application. The labor cost was very fair and I was pleased to pay the "contractor price" for my fixture. Overall, I had a VERY GOOD experience with C&S and I would recommend this company highly.
