Very professional company. Daniel istened to what I wanted, and asked questions until we had the project outlined to fit my needs and wishes. The project was a new concrete porch with railing, steps and ramp in front of my home and replacing the pavers in back with a new concrete patio. Gary did the concrete work and it turned out exactly as I had hoped. Good company to work with and work was completed in a timely manner.

Before spending money on anything, I ALWAYS check reviews. I thought I would get great reliable service from this company. The only good part was after I contacted them through home advisor he came out the next day to see what we wanted. He told me he would email a quote the next day. After 3 days of nothing, I called to follow up. He said he was really busy and would send one in the morning. After another 2 or 3 days, Home Advisor called me to see had I received anything yet. I told them no, they asked if I wanted to get a quote from someone else or would I like them to reach out to him. I said, reach out to him because I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. The next day, I finally received the quote. I decided to go ahead with the project but it took about 3 weeks for them to complete and it was only a patio install with stairs and railing from the deck. The crew did not come every day. Sometimes days would go by and we would not see anyone. There was a completely lack of communication. The actual work just looks OK. It is not as clean as I thought it would look. From a distance, it does not look too bad, but up close there are a couple of really noticeable issues and some that are not as noticeable. The biggest issue which also a safety hazard (especially for someone with kids as we do) they used a piece of wood for the railing that was broken off so people coming down the stairs holding the railing will get splinters. There were still chucks/piles of hardened concrete around the edges of the patio and extra materials just left in our driveway and yard that I actually had to ask them to come back and remove. Before I did that, they were asking for reviews but because of how everything still looked, I had no idea they were supposedly done. Once they were finished, they should have asked us to check it out, while still there, so we could point out the things we liked/did not like. I have told the owner that we are unhappy and would not be working with them again.

Right on top of his work. Came out next day to give me quote. Project was done in 10 days. It looks fantastic. Crew was top notch. They even took some of the sod they dug up to a spot in my backyard for me. Highly recommended!! Will use again!!

Daniel and his team renovated our master bath into a functional comfortable space. Facio did an amazing job designing a good looking bathroom when we weren't sure what we wanted. The team was considerate and careful even when the had to carry large heavy materials up 2 flight of stair. We will use TC for repairs and future project to our home.

Daniel and his crew remodeled our master bath making it a viable and spacious room. I appreciated Facio's quality of work as it was our first remodel ever, he made suggestions and changes resulting in a more comfortable design. The crew was diligent and careful hand carrying materials up 2 flights of stairs also flexible to meet schedule changes. I will be using TC for all my changes upgrades, and repairs.

Daniel Tiller is personable, prompt,trustworthy and knows how to listen to the client. While issues arose regarding the build, which is normal, he worked to resolve them to my satisfaction.

Do not hire this contractor. Estimates not clear, bad quality of work, would charge to fix items that crew did not do appropriately, had to come back twice and things are still wrong, argued with us about things that were clearly wrong. Promised closets he could not deliver on and still charged us money even though we did not get closets we wanted. Dodged calls for a week and had to call from a different number for him to answer.

Dan Tiller of TC Siding and construction is a man of his words. He gave us a fair price for our fairly large project and he gave us a timeline to complete it. They delivered on time and on budget. Our project was to open up our living area and level our floors in that area. 2 structrial walls were removed and a beam was installed up into our attic, so it was out of site when completed. We had a raised floor that we lowered. We also had a sunken floor we had to raise.
