Dan and his crew replaced our basement slab. We are very pleased with the result. We also really appreciated how courteous they were and that they took the time to answer all of our questions along the way.

Daniel Tiller is personable, prompt,trustworthy and knows how to listen to the client. While issues arose regarding the build, which is normal, he worked to resolve them to my satisfaction.

Do not hire this contractor. Estimates not clear, bad quality of work, would charge to fix items that crew did not do appropriately, had to come back twice and things are still wrong, argued with us about things that were clearly wrong. Promised closets he could not deliver on and still charged us money even though we did not get closets we wanted. Dodged calls for a week and had to call from a different number for him to answer.

Dan Tiller of TC Siding and construction is a man of his words. He gave us a fair price for our fairly large project and he gave us a timeline to complete it. They delivered on time and on budget. Our project was to open up our living area and level our floors in that area. 2 structrial walls were removed and a beam was installed up into our attic, so it was out of site when completed. We had a raised floor that we lowered. We also had a sunken floor we had to raise.

Workers were courteous and open to our suggestions and requests. They met our accelerated schedule need. Lack of a final drawing for the completed room complicated the building process; we had to correct the workers twice on errors that were being made as they were working from verbal instructions they had received.

Not anything encouraging.

I was very pleased with this company's work. They got here when they said they would, went right to work and got the job done. The end results were excellent. I will use them again.

Communication of what I needed and expected from the management side was not there. But overall they did a decent job

They done the work on schedule. The workers were hard workers and friendly. I felt the cost was high but I did need it done right away and they jumped right on it and got it done. Excellent work done.

We had a deck completely torn down and rebuilt with an addition added to the original plans. Stairs were also added to go out to the yard, and to the pool area with new railings, and a scenic iron insert added to the deck sitting area. The crew worked long hours and were very dedicated to the job. This was a major project that turned out beautiful when it was completed in November of 2017. Unfortunately, in May the fascia composite boards began to warp due to the heat and the need for more screws to hold the wood in place so we contacted Daniel, the owner. After talking with him and sending pictures he said he would be out to repair the issues. After many attempts for over a month, Daniel never came back out to the house to fix the deck issues. We had to hire another carpenter to correct the problem. Due to the owner's lack of responsibility and follow-up I would caution anyone who is planning a project to hire this contractor. Keep in mind we would have gladly paid for his services if he would have ever showed up.

Responsive and stayed on task. Will consider using for other projects.

They were very eager to make sure we were pleased with the finished product. They fixed any thing we thought wasn't perfect. They were willing to work long hours and accommodate our schedule. We would rehire Daniel for future jobs.

They have great workers, on time, they do what they say and if they need to fix something they will come back to fix it. They are very respectful!
