Very nice gentleman. Seemed knowledgeable.

All was great. Looks like it is a one-man show, I don't if there's anybody else that works there but he does everything and tell me to bring it back in when my subscription for my security run out and he found up-date for me. He was very helpful. He very knowledgeable about computers. I definitely plan to take my computer back in.

On March 14, 2012 I took my computer in to the Computer Guys store. The computer had been shutting itself off after about one hour of usage as if it were overheating. James, the owner, performed a free 15-minute test to make sure the fan was working properly, which it was. I knew, however, that if I took the computer home that it would more than likely stop working after a while, so I asked James if he would perform further tests. I left the computer, and three days later James informed me that he detected 171 infections, at least one of which had caused Windows to shut down my computer to prevent damage. He cleaned up the viruses, and I was able to pick up my computer the next day. His $85 charge was very reasonable I believe. My computer has not shut down since the repair; however, James has a 30-day guarantee on his work. I definitely recommend Computer Guys to anyone with a misbehaving computer.
