Description of Work: I paid Mel in cash to move a hot tub the next day. He took my money and will not return my calls. 400.00 cash - he made me a receipt, but that's worthless if you can't find him.

+ -1 moreMel unhooked all the pipes in closing the pool last year, so now they are laying under our deck. Mel charges for coming back to fix problems that were not our fault, and his service was on the lousy side.
Description of Work: Mel came out to replace various boards around the pool and installed a new liner.
