It went great. Dan came out the very next day and performed a toilet tuneup. The problem was solved quickly and completely, an the job was done politely and professionally.

I called Angel Plumbing (Daniel Angel) for an estimate to stop a simple drip in my tub/shower. Asking for a quote to fix the problem, Daniel gave me a price of $85.00 and could be at my house for repair the next day. He started the work by replacing a couple of minor parts (rubber seats & springs) which fixed the drip. However, when he turned on the faucet for a test, a new leak was coming from the bottom of the shower/tub handle and also leaking inside the wall. I cut a hole in my living room wall so Daniel could see where the new leak occurred. It looked like it was in the main copper tubing behind the tub/shower wall. After we both looked at the new leak, Daniel said he would have to leave and get additional parts at Home Depot. I told Daniel to get the new part he needed to fix the new leak, and I would work with him on the cost of the additional repair. I never heard from him again once he left my home to ?get the additional parts?. A few hours passed and I had not heard from him, so I called and left a message on his phone to give me a call. I waited another hour or so and no call back,so I called him again and left a second message and even a third message that weekend for him to call me. Since Daniel started the repair on a Friday, I waited to give him a chance to call me on Monday, but he did not. On Tuesday, I called another plumber and advised him of the new leak problem. This repair ended up costing me $300.00, plus I had to repair the hole in my living room wall. When Daniel left to get the part, we didn?t know if he caused the new leak or if I had caused it. However, after trying to do the repair myself, I immediately stopped and called Angel Plumbing to do the job knowing after looking at many YouTube repair videos not to overturn the bonnet nut cap. All I know is when I tried to take the bonnet nut cap off, I stopped and tested the shower and it didn?t leak then. You be the judge on this plumber from ?Angel Plumbing?.

This was the fourth time I hired Dan, the owner of Angel Plumbing. In 2011 the installed a water heater in one side of my duplex; in 2013 he installed a new faucet; in 2014 he installed a another new faucet; and this year (2015) he installed a new water heater in the second side of my duplex. I have nothing but good words for this company. Dan is punctual--in fact he arrived early. He is professional, and he does outstanding work at a reasonable price. I will use this company whenever I need plumbing work in the future.

Over the years the faucet in my bathtub began to wear out; and when I raised the lever on the faucet to make the water come out of my shower instead of directly out of the faucet, half of the water still came out of the faucet. Also the shower head was getting corroded. Dan came out and replaced the faucet. The work was perfect, and the price was very reasonable. Instead of trying to sell me a new shower head, he told me to soak the one I have in CLR first; and if that didn't work, he would install a new head. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he did not try to sell me something that could be fixed so easily. I definitely would recommend Angel Plumbing.

I was having a problem with sediment coming out of one of my hot water faucets. Dan came out to my house and drained my water heater thoroughly, which got rid of most of the sediment. Since my water heater is 12 years old, Dan suggested that I replace the heater before too long. I plan to have Dan install a new water heater sometime in the late spring. I appreciated Dan's knowledge, patience, reasonable price, and suggestion.
