With just a simple air push, my dripping problem was solved! If I had the right tool I could have done it myself and saved $60. but I didn't so I paid. Tech was very friendly and polite. Cleaned up his mess and was one his way.

I believe I got ripped off for the service that was done I did not actually see him take the part of that he claimed I need it I did not receive the part I was only charge a $437 for something that was less than 10 minutes he did not even discuss with me what he was going to do how long it was going to take that said she got my check I got in the truck and left said he already put the part on I never seen him do it not happy I believe I got ripped off right in front of my face.

They were actually early which was fine with me. I was looking for a service check on my air conditioner for this summer. After looking over my unit they told me that everything looked good and they had nothing to sell me. I did have a part they said was ruff but didn't needed repaired at this time but I decided to replace it in the event it went out during peek heat and the cost was low. I would recommend them to others.

I really appreciated that the service men worked with me regarding scheduling. They came on a Saturday and after hours on Wednesday. They were very professional and courteous. The only slight disappointment I had was the cost of Freon for my unit. I would have preferred to have been told from the beginning approximately what to expect with regard to replenishing Freon lost when my unit was detached, moved, and reattached. Everything else was fine. I also like that they are a family-owned business operated by father and son. Good guys to work with - just obligate them to explain all potential costs during the bidding process.

I was amazed they came to look at the furnace on a Sunday. They were extremely prompt and very courteous. The next day they came back with the fixed blower and we had heat once more. We were very happy with the whole experience, including the senior citizen discount! We will definitely call them again.
