Om time, did the work...very personal...

David gave me an 8:30-9:00am time frame and was here promptly at 8:30am. His works was quick and efficient finding the problem and fixing it quickly. Within an hour our air conditioner had our house cool and comfortable. My only drawback was the price, but the labor costs were well within range. He also had to charge the freon and replace a part, which was where the cost came in. Overall, the charges were reasonable and for the service, very good.

He showed up a couple of hours later than the appointed time, however, he performed in a professional manner and delivered the quality of product that I expect from the professionals on this site. His crew didn't look very professional, but they did a great job!

I utilized this company's service and was elated to find that there are still friendly, professional, customer service oriented people in the world. The tech did not try to overcharge for his services, nor did he try to fix something that was not broken. He had integrity! He even educated me on my furnance. For this act of kindness, this company has gained a new customer....

he came out and checked out the unit and got the part needed and got it fixed for me. He listened to me about what was happening and went right to what was wrong. He didn't try to scare me with other possible problems and things that "should be done" beyond the main problem.

bargain priced, quick and professional.

Their install people dumped the oil from the AC compressor into my yard, the grass is dead, to correct will require the dirt and grass to be replaced. I showed "David" what his people had done and his comment was that was it happens, offer of grass seed, I refused commenting that I expect dirt to be removed and resod. He left without further comment, this is just the beginning, I have taken soil samples, photographs and will contact the EPA for resolution. It is illegal to dump oil inot the evironment, I will seek every avenue of recourse available. The install has taken well over a week to complete. AVOID or suffer as we have.

This company is awesome, responsible, reliable, prompt and great customer service. David and Drew did an outstanding job and will use them again when I purchase a new furnace and central air unit.

very quiet service and very knowlegde

I would not recommend Air Sales Mechanical. The service technician tried to sell me services on parts he never tested. I had another company come out and verify the issue and they confirmed the part is still functioning as it should and showed me the location. It was in the basement where the services technician from ASM never went. By recommending these guys would mean paying for services and parts you never needed. Was a total scam. Only put a star because it's required in the overall rating.
