ACCU-AIR Heating & Cooling

Description of Work: I have been a customer of Devin's since 2002. Back in our first home when our old floor furnace went out, he hurried his crew to put in a new unit since we had young children. This work was all done on a cold Saturday in November, and he wanted to make sure that our young family was cared for. He has serviced our unit at our new address many times, and has always been punctual. He had come to tune-up our A/C unit even when he had been under the weather. On one occasion, he had some personal emergency and was not able to provide any service, but he made sure that he recommended someone he could trust. Our family has found him to be reliable, friendly, professional, and most of all--he considers his customer's best needs. I believe the one thing that has always stuck with me most was that cold Saturday in which when most big corporate HVAC companies would encourage you to stay at a hotel until they could get to you on a Monday, Devin understood the inconvenience and the emergency in keeping our family warm.
