+ -1 moreThe tuckpointing work appears to be of high quality. The work crew, however, was not very professional. Tools were left in flower beds for several weeks, and an outdoor faucet was broken and not repaired. The crew smoked in the garage, letting cigarette smoke into the house. The company also suggested that much more additional tuckpointing was needed than was suggested by other companies.
Description of Work: Tuckpointing of an exterior brick wall was carried out.

Description of Work: While doing storm damage clean up, Glen gave a bid to remove dead tree in the back yard. Although the bid was less than other companies, I only requested that the bid be in writing, before the work was started. However I never got a written bid or contract. We have tried numerous times to call and have left messages. However have not heard back yet.

+ -1 moreTHEY WORKED FAST AND CLEANED UP EVERY TINY TWIG. THEY EVEN SWEPT MY SIDEWALK! THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE ANY FLOWERS OR LANDSCAPING IN THE YARD.
Description of Work: THEY TRIMMED ALL THE DEADWOOD AND RAISED THE CANOPY OF A GIGANTIC PIN OAK, REMOVED BRANCHES FROM ANOTHER TREE THAT WERE IN POWER LINES, PRUNED AN ORNAMENTAL TREE, AND TRIMMED A HEDGE.
