+ -1 moreEvery month she comes is amazing. She is such a hard worker too and so efficient. I didn't fill in the dollar amount because I know she gives a price according factors of your home. It wouldn't be fair for me to tell my price because some people may consider that an estimate or a quote. Factors I believe she considers are the size of your home, the exact work you would like done, how often you would like her to come, and many others which you should discuss on a personal basis. I do have to mention that her pricing is extremely fair especially for how hard she works.
Description of Work: Coming home on the day that Victoria has been there cleaning is such a delight! The house feels and smells so clean and she does such a wonderful job. She is very efficient and always conscientious and our older dog is very comfortable with her. There are times when I have what I call a “project” pile that I need to leave in one spot and she always works around it and never messes it up. She is also such a lifesaver as during the holidays she has always fit us in for our holiday parties. Last year she even did us a huge favor and came on short notice to clean for out-of-town guests for an unexpected funeral. When she had surgery she offered to have a friend of hers step in to clean which was nice, but we were so glad to have our Victoria back again!! I dread the day she decides to retire. We were looking at a couple people from Angie's list when we happened upon her recommendation about 6 years ago and we couldn't be happier. If we ever look at our budget for something to downsize when we get to her name my husband and I look at each other and say "no way"!! She makes our house so bright and cheery. Victoria came highly recommended to me through Angies list and I want to highly recommend her as well. I am embarrassed that it has taken me so long to post this but time seems to fly by.

hauling services, house cleaning
+ 0 moreFabulous. This was an EXTRAORDINARILY scuzzy house. They worked very hard to get us in working over the weekend. Tenants had left the property a mess, animal excrement all over the basement, grease everywhere, old food, grimey, never cleaned bathrooms. Just YUCK. This was a complete clean out, a two day job. Worth every penny. Victoria worked along side of her daughter on Saturday. They were both very agreeable to do the "extras", like removing an abandoned bed, box-springs, golf clubs, etc. I would highly recommend!
Description of Work: Two people at $20 per hour, cleaned two bedrooms, two bathrooms, home from top to bottom including, but not limited to, all walls and baseboards, cleaning out refrigerator, stove, all light fixtures, and ceiling fans, removing trash and various debris, sweeping front and back porch, and removing a large amount of animal excrement from the basement.

Description of Work: Cleaning an empty home, preparing for tenants to move in. Washing floors, dusting baseboards, wiping out all cupboards in kitchen and bathroom, cleaning refrigerator, cleaning bathrooms.

+ -1 moreMrs. Morales is a very pleasant and warm person. Her English proficiency, however, is limited, although her daughter is fluent and very helpful. When she dusted, she would not put the objects back where they were previously. She was very rough with her cleaning, very thorough, but she rubbed surfaces very hard. She would miss sections at times with her dusting. She did a great job on the floors. She was very prompt, very professional, and very trustworthy. Language issues were our biggest problem.
Description of Work: General cleaning of our house. Hardwood floors with tile bathrooms.

+ -1 moreVictoria is polite, professional, and is very reasonably priced. She even gets along with our 2 dogs and cat. She always comes as scheduled. She will work with you as far as what you want cleaned, etc.
Description of Work: Victoria has worked for us for about 6 months (she comes once a week). She is wonderful -- I can't say enough about her. She cleans our entire house in 4 hours -- I don't know how she does it. She mops, dusts (she even dusts my collection of family pictures every time!), vacuums, and changes sheets every week, and keeps the bathrooms and kitchen spotless. Our house is particularly difficult with 3 pets.
