Harald's Small Engine Repair were really great. They were very honest and told us it was going to cost more to repair it than it was worth, but would if we wanted them to. They gave us a fair quote. They did an outstanding job of holding it till we could get over there. They really went out of the way to help us. I don't know if it was because we are disabled, but I think they treat all their customers that way. I can see they always have a packed house over there. The little parking lot they have is always full. They have been in business a long time, at least 10-15 years. They could have racked it to us, but the didn't. I think it is a husband/wife team. She takes care of all the phones and the pricing and does a really, really good at what she does. The professionalism about her that impressed me for a country business.
Description of Work: I used Harald's Small Engine for a repair service on a generator.
