Description of Work: Attempted to fix our dishwasher. Had to order a part told us it would be in on a particular day it wasn't, understandable but then could not get a hold of them for several days and did not know the status. In the end they failed to fix it even after part center in.

+ -1 moreThe washing machine (2-3 yrs.old) stopped pumping out the water. 1st repairman let water leak onto the floor and the washer was still seeping water long after he left. We got a different repairman (by request) and he was very friendly and tried hard to correct the problem. However, he had no tools to accurately diagnose the exact problem. He believed it to be the pump and the control panel. Upon installation of pump and control panel (at different times) the problem still continued--washer would not pump out water. After further examination, he determined the problem and fixed it right away. The reason that I was so displeased was that we were without a washing machine for over 30 days and the leaking of water all over the floor should have been anticipated and avoided (my husband had already pumped with an external pump the majority of water that was left in the tub, yet we still had towels and water all over the floor).
