 + -1 moreHe had several times the furnace went out in the middle of the winter and it took 2 days before his assistant returned my call. I would had understood if he would had simply called and told me and I could had looked elsewhere for assistance.
Description of Work: I requester a proposal to replace furnace and water heater - waited 2 weeks, no response.
