very sloppy work, left a wide gap where old concrete and new joined together leaving it up to this old man to figure out how to I can repair it.

He was the low bid on a major project. Poor workmanship. First crack in a week. Failed to meet 5 inch depth as promised. Concrete footprints on top of finished patio and drive. Sloppy areas. Too few control jointsl, just 1/4 inch saw cuts. Sidewalk already cracking away from stoop, so not drilled in as expected. Knocked over rock wall and repaired it unacceptably. Redone by another contractor for $200. Sprinkler system repair over $2000. Did not finish drainage as agreed. Exact quotation from Mr Westpfahl "I'm not responsible for nothing." Would not recommend.

Very quick and quality work! Did a complete and thorough install of my patio and asked enough questions to ensure the project was completed as I had envisioned it, he also made good recommendations to adjust my plans so they worked out better.

Did a nice job. Follow up was good. Always responsive when I would call and leave a message.

Mr. Westpfahl kept me informed during the project and seemed genuinely interested in the full clean up afterwards so I wasn't inconvenienced at all. He also followed up immediately when I asked for changes. He was the only contractor who was helpful and I appreciate his customer service.

He and his crew were very courteous and our sidewalk looks good. The real test is how well the sidewalk holds up over the next 12 months. Customer service rating reflected my having to call him a couple of times to see when he was going to start.

Hank put in a colored, stamped concrete patio for me. I was very pleased with the work he did. The shape, colors, and stamped pattern all turned out great! Hank was always on time and completed the project on time despite the rain. Great value!

Wilbur called back less than 10 minutes after submitting a request fo a pro. He came out that same afternoon gave me an estimate, and completed the work in two days. Job was done very well and within the timeframe Wilbur quoted. Would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

This Company Was VERY fast an profiecient with their concrete work. The projects I was expecting to last atleast a week was done in 3 days!

mr Westpfahl showed up at the agreed upon time to both quote the job and begin the work. The work took slightly longer than what was initially agreed upon but it was solely due to the weather. We had this work done mid 2011 and 6 months or so later it still looks great. No cracks!

Wilbur was a pleasure to work with. He completed the job in the time frame which he gave. He was very reliable and trustworthy. I would recommend him for any concret work someone would need.

Though they did more than what I initially asked for. They did not do the simple job I hired them for and that was to remove garbage left in and around my yard from the previous home owners. They said they would be out to remove any additional trash last week and I'm still waiting on them to arrive. They also broke/ran over my raised garden and have not been out to replace that yet either.

Easy to work with, did everything as promised.

Knowledgeable and did a good job. Concrete has held up much better than other repairs in the neighborhood. Left equipment longer than expected.
