On Dec 19th the crew showed up on time. Completed our window in about 6 hrs. Explained to us how the window worked. Very professional. Hardly any dust or mess from cutting into the foundation. Even encouraged us to watch the install. Left us no mess at all. On Jan 9th Brain completed the job with the trim work. Custom fabricated, no cutting or mitering at our house. Installed in about an hour. No mess. very clean. Thank you for a professional install. Highly recommended

OneSourceKC removed and replaced wood siding and cedar trim on the upper level of our home. They performed the work perfectly and removed all traces of the project afterward. Professional in every way. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Very prompt and priced competitively to the major egress window installer in the Kansas City area. They provided a fair and prompt quote, showed up when they said they would and finished the job on time. They also come back a week after the install to add dirt around the egress window outlet after it has settled. I've recommended them and would hire them again.

My egress window well is too tall to my liking, 18 1/2" from the ground. I never seen the boss on site to look at the work. Texted him the next day and told him I wanted it shorter, he said next week he would take a look at it. I wish my needs were met quicker since it is a very expensive project in which I paid in full immediately. I hope he can put a smaller well in or cut that one. The three guys did a great job, but wished they would of asked me how tall I wanted the well before putting that tall of one in. I sent the boss pictures by text. It's an eyesore and I do realize it needs to be above ground and the dirt sloped. I hope this can be corrected soon. If it wasn't for the too tall well, I would have given them 5 stars.

I always "fear" hiring others to do work on my home, making it worse, I couldn't be home when they came out to do the work... I am delighted to say I was impressed with the work ( replaced 3 smaller style window wells) I do recommend this company.

My words won’t do this company justice. Hire them and experience it yourself. We literally had our egress window installed yesterday and can’t even see any inside mess. Their entire crew is friendly and social. Curtis was willing to spend extra time with my wife and I talking about basement finishing without any obligation. I see this company as the Maserati of home repair companies.... 100% top notch.

The owners and the crew were very professional and laid down plywood to protect the neighbor's yard from their equipment. The egress window was installed in one day. The next day a crew member came to mud the dry wall and Brian, one of the owners, came by to measure for the frame. One day later he came to install the frame. Very happy with their work. Will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.

This is a very nice company. If they tell you they are going to do something, they will follow through. My basement window blew out during a storm, and of course it rained all night... . I was upset, clueless, and worse - out of town & my children & a sitter discovered the damage. Brian not only answered my call on a day when hundreds of homes were damaged, but he offered to go to my home and board the window. He said we could settle up later. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I came home to a window, neatly boarded up by a contractor I had never heard of, who wasn’t chasing his money. He said later that he figured the kind feature might help him get the bigger job in the future, so he wasn’t worried about it, and if I didn’t hire him that was ok too. Needless to say, I hired him for the big job which entailed tearing out and replacing a huge egress window. The people on this website are not your typical contractors. In my experience, they are a cut above. Ethical, nice people.

Curt was flexible, on time, and quick. The work was cleanly done and the whole job took less than 8 hours. The work appears to be high quality.
