Description of Work: Replaced garage doors and garage openers. Original equipment was 20+ years old. Originally decided to replace the doors with one type of door, but then we needed to modify the door order to fit the arches in the garage bays. Modification to the original order was smooth and new install date/time established. Always very professional and punctual. Installer was very energetic throughout the process and really enjoys his job and doing quality work.

Description of Work: Replaced garage door opener. Needed a second trip to correct a minor problem. Very responsive when problem was reported. Given B rating on quality & professionalism because it wasn't totally done right on the first trip. Previous service from this company was flawless.

Description of Work: Chain on our garage door broke. Tech came out promptly and made repairs. We have used them in the past for a broken spring. They always do an excellent job and don't try and charge for things we don't need.

Description of Work: Took down the old door and opener and then installed new ones. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Tehy came back to adjust the door due to the uneven garage floor that we have. We have been very happy with their work and the pricing that we received. We went to Mr Door based on a recommendation from the President of our Homes Assn. Mr Door has done a number of doors in our subdivision. We would recommend them.

Description of Work: I called for an appointment because one of my door electric eyes was blinking red so the garage door wouldn't work. The lady who answered the phone suggested I try to move one of them around until they matched up and the red stopped blinking. If I couldn't do this I was to call back for an appointment. It worked! The woman was very nice and it was thoughtful of her to tell me how to try to fix it. She said she knew I'd be unhappy if I paid for someone to come out and all they did was jiggle the eyes! I will use them next time I have a problem. Very good for customer service.

Description of Work: Repaired Crawford spring with clamp. I called for appointment on 6/7/06 & was told they would come 6/8 about noon. Repairman arrived about 11:15 am. He was polite & made repair. He explained what needed to be repaired. I am very satisfied with the work.
