+ -1 moreIt took Mark less than 1 week to complete these 2 projects: the roof and walls outside to finally and quot;fixand quot; our flooding and the cathedral ceiling. He is thorough, knowledgeable, professional and CLEAN!!! NO MESS AT ALL in our home with having to repair a very bad ceiling and then spray the popcorn!Outside materials were neatly stacked while he was workingThe final product outside looks like it was part of the original house.Neighbors who were home while he was working commented on his friendliness and fast workI would recommend Mark for any large or small project in your home!
Description of Work: Mark and his wife Vicki were very professional- took time to discuss a rather difficult project (we have had flooding in our basement bedroom and have already tried several "solutions") He was thorough and very knowledgeable about flooding and how he thought we could solve our problem permanently. He built a roof over the basement stair-well and a wall surrounding the basement well- added guttering to divert rain away from the house. It looks like it was part of the original house.Mark also repaired the ceiling in our cathedral ceiling- also a problem for years which grew worse during this drought. We were given a quote by another handyman which was much more expensive and who told us we would have to re-do our entire ceiling (which is the entire square footage of the house) because it is a popcorn ceiling and would not be able to be "matched". You would never know our ceiling was repaired and the popcorn matches.Mark and Vicki (who I think works as the scheduler and book keeper) are a joy to work with. We would highly recommend them for any project!

+ 0 moreAfter a horrible expierence with a previous bid, Midwest Property Options was referred to me by a co-worker. They came out, gave me a free estimate and had the estimate back to me within 24 hours. I was very impressed and decided to hire Midwest Property Options to fix another contractors mess. They were here when they said they would be and stayed on the job until it was completed. I was completley satisified with the company and would most definatley recommend them to anyone needing remodeling done. I will also be using them in the future for more home renovations.
Description of Work: I had my kitchen completley remodeled with granite counter tops, backsplash, ceramic tile floor, new cabinets, hardware and new appliances were installed.
