I was a little apprehensive at first giving out my credit card info, but the site was secure. The bidding is all done on-line, and they have preview times that you can go in person to view the items. I took advantage of this and found all things tagged appropriately and decently displayed, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I did have a little problem on auction day being able to bid. I thought I had entered all my personal and credit information correctly, but couldn't get a bid in. I called their number and they answered immediately and a very helpful person walked me thru the process and I was able to bid. I bid on several things, and the next morning I had e-mails indicating I was high bidder on 2 items. They had 2 pickup times, and I went to the one from 3PM to 6PM. I went right after work, and arrived there around 4:45, and there was a line outside the building. They would not let people wander in and pick up their stuff, as someone could take something that didn't belong to them, which is understandable. So it was on a first come-first served basis where you gave them your statement indicating you paid for your items, and an employee walked around with you, helping you get them. After getting in line @ 4:50 PM, I didn't get waited on till around 5:35. The person who helped me was very polite and friendly. The items I got are in excellent condition and I'm satisfied with that and their auction house. I have no qualms about dealing with them again. My only dissatisfaction is standing in line so long. Some people had 2 and 3 pages of things they were picking up, while others like me had only 1 or 2 things. It would help if they had a "speedy" line like in the grocery store...5 items or less...for those that can be moved through quickly. But other than that, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend the place.
