He's excellent. He's honest and does a really good job. His price is excellent. If I have any problems, he's right there. He's on time.
Description of Work: I used Mason Exterminating. He does inside and outside exterminating. We're on a plan. He comes out every quarter for about $75.

They were great at coordinating with a lot of different people coming at different times. We were able to deal over the phone and I didn't have to go to the property. They were very cooperative as well.

This company is amazing. They brought over a trap to catch the raccoon and the cage did not work and we were able longer rid of the raccoon without the cage and they reimbursed us for part of the service because it did not work. We also use them for other pest services and they are always prompt and courteous and very reasonable. Great people and service.

They had some firewood in the back of our yard that had termites in it so we had them come and check the house and the perimeter of it. We renewed for the inspections a few times. They were nice, they were very available, very honest. We thought we might need more treatment and tehy told us that we didn't.

Description of Work: They are awesome. We have used them for termite and flea control in the past and just recently worked with them to get rid of a raccoon a contractor closed in our attic. They were very responsive to our needs including working with our schedule. Also, two years ago we had a horrible flea problem and they not only worked hard to get the issue resolved but they came back several times to make sure they did not come back with a minimal additional charge. I would highly recommend them.
