The sewer was starting to do it 2 to 3 year back up because of tree roots. We have kind of a long run to the street. It's over 100 feet to get to the connector on the other side of the street. Usually the obstruction they find is about 50 feet out but we want to make sure we had somebody to go all the way. Kenny is the owner of the company. I'm retired now but I used to do safety work for insurance companies. I did a safety survey of his company. I found out they had this water jet cutting system that could go out that far (100 feet). A couple years ago they put a camera down that to find out where the usual problem was. They came at the time they said and did what they said they'd do. I think they are a little higher than some of the ads around town. They had to do some messing around with it. The newer equipment they got, the clean out whole isn't really big enough for it. There was a little bit of extra money there. Getting the line cleared out is less than replacing the stuff in the basement. I didn't hear any complaints from my wife, so A for professionalism.
