The hot water heater was not putting out enough hot water, orkie came out AFTER he got off work to make sure the elements were working properly and even made adjustments to the temperature of the water and after all of that, he charged nothing. He is prompt, very courteous and made sure every thing was working great before he left, and did a touch base after he got home to make sure the water was heating enough. Amazing, we would NEVER use anyone else!!

I got Orkie's name off of a google search because I liked the idea of a business that specializes in one thing. Orkie did a good job & helped me over the phone a year later. The problem was on our end & he helped me diagnose that the temp dial had inadvertently been turned down. He also provided a detailed text when I inquired about doing maintenance on the unit ourselves. Our experience was good. Orkie seemed down to earth.

Perfect! Orkie showed up on time, brought our new Rheem water heater, was quick and efficient and friendly, hauled the old one away, left no mess, and charged us a very fair price; much better than Lowe’s, etc. Would definitely recommend!

Orkie was great. He was able to come out sooner than anyone and was way less expensive than the big plumbers with all the advertising. He diagnosed and replaced the water heater right away. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him.

This man was amazing. It was a Friday before me leaving to go out of town and he was able to install a new water heater in just a few hours. He was extremely affordable which for a single mom such a blessing. He literally saved the day.

My hot water heater was replaced. Due to a propane issue the old one was a sooty mess. The new one was installed and the old one was removed across the carpet without any mess at all. I was delighted with the work that was done.

As usual the water heater went out completely unexpectedly. No idea who to contact so I searched Angi on line. Came across Orkie Bradley’s add and called him. Sometimes I make a good decision, this was one of those times. He personally came to my home in a very timely manner. Brought a water heater with him based on what I told him I needed and wanted. Drained my old one, installed the new one and even hauled away the old one. His price was EXTREMELY fair, his install was perfect and I 100% recommend him and his business without reservation. Great man and company, I hope to never need his service in the future, but if I do I absolutely guarantee I will call him. (As a side note he came out in the evening to take care of our issue and he was trying to leave town the following morning to attend the holiday with his family. It was late when he finished but got er done!) He has my respect. Gary

Orkie arrived on time and was ready to tackle the project. He replaced our old water heater with a brand new one and also added an expansion tank, replaced piping and shut off valves. His piping looked so professional and clean. He also went the extra mile to change his schedule to accommodate our needs. Very friendly and trustworthy. Very good company. He got us in quickly, replaced our 2 water heaters and charged us exactly what he quoted, which was a reasonable price for the heaters and the labor. We were impressed that he did not try to upsell us or add any work to our project. We would highly recommend this company and will use again in the future.

Installation was fine. Orkie came back and fixed a problem (unrelated to the installation) with the water heater during an evening.
