Please call or text 816-223-4341 for an estimate or to schedule service. Home Improvement Specialists LLC is doing business as Hot Water.Biz. We specialize in water heater replacement. We replace or install water heaters, including standard tank type, gas and electric, direct vent, and power vent. We do not do tankless water heaters. We also replace or install tankless water heaters as well as hybrid electric (heat pump) water heaters. We also sell accessories, such as expansion tanks, boosters, and WiFi controllers. We have many years of experience and will provide professional service on a timely basis. We wear masks upon request. We do not discriminate against anyone. We recycle old water heaters so they do not go into the landfill. Our prices are reasonable and our service is top notch. We want to get you back into hot water.

They were quick to respond, showed up when they said they would. They installed a water heater, expansion tank, tested and cleaned up after themselves in about an hour and a half. Reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend.

Job went well. Orkie was very adaptable to timing this with my and the electricians availability. He got it done on a Friday night and got all the smart screen stuff going great and scrapped the old unit by recycling it. He even left me with a bunch of pipe insulation for no extra charge. Defitely recommend!

Before selecting Mr. Bradly, I also checked with several of the other plumbing services suggested on Angi's list. His pricing was slightly lower than the others. Our water heater replacement went very well. Mr. Bradley was accommodating to work with my schedule. He arrived at the scheduled time and accomplished the work in the estimated time frame. Copper is the standard of excellence in the field of plumbing, even today. While some may speed up the process by using slip joint connections and flex lines, we still use the old stand by, professionally installed copper tubing. That does not mean we will never use flex lines, sometimes they are unavoidable. But if you have copper when we start, you will have copper when we finish.
