Update- After talking with Pat at Four Season they have decided to make things right. Our windows are now being replaced with windows with grids. The gutters have been fixed. Everything has been fixed. Advised Pat of the major lack of communication from the sales team.

We had Four Seasons/Leisure Living build a pergola for us. They did wonderful job. It only took one day. The installer was very organized and professional. We really love the sophisticated look it gave our back yard. Our neighbors have given us many compliments. Thanks Four Seasons!!!

Stay away from this company, poor customer service, bad work. Not willing to fix mistakes. The job should have been done in 2-3 days. Instead, it was three weeks start to finish. Did not pass inspection by the city. Lied to several times when work would start and someone would be on the job site. No return call from management when several complaints were made. Plastic decorative parts instead of aluminum. The worst decision I have ever made.

Leisure Living/Four Seasons had the exact all-weather enclosure product to fit our porch's unusual construction design, without costly alterations. All of the materials were custom-manufactured to our needed dimensions and arrived in perfect shape. The installer was extremely friendly, courteous, and efficient, and did a fantastic job. We could not be happier with the beautiful result.
