Description of Work: Energy Pro installed 9 Full Frame windows for me this fall. (Not pocket replacement windows). 3 guys showed up and worked all day, not stopping until they were done. We did pick up 3 pizzas for everyone since it was close to dinner time and they had not stopped working all day. The install looks great and we are loving our new Sunrise windows. They will be back in the spring to replace the remaining 5 windows.

Description of Work: I got estimates from 4 companies (all top rated on Angie's List). I narrowed it down to 2 and felt best about Energy Pro. The estimate was very competitive and Dave Searles seemed very knowledgeable, competent, down-to-earth and sincere in the process. We visited their showroom and Dave walked us through their operations as well as showing us the windows he recommended. No pressure at all and we felt very confident in their abilities so we hired them to replace most all the windows (34 original builder grade) and one door in our house. A crew of 7 arrived on time the first day of installation. They all went right to work stopping only to have lunch. They checked in frequently, were very polite & personable, answered questions and cleaned inside and out through the day. Three of the crew returned on day 2 to finish up installation. They walked me through how to operate the windows, answered questions and did a final clean up. Installation went great and we are very pleased with how our windows look and perform so far. I would definitely recommend them and consider using them again.

Description of Work: 18 windows, garage door, and Siding -It went well start to finish. The team was courteous and patient as we made decisions and outlined our expectations. When a window was placed with a scratch on the glass, they were quick to come back out and replace the window. The only issue we had was with sloppy caulking along the front door when replaced and the random wires left hanging following siding replacement. Wish those details were handled better to make it A's across the board. They are aware of our concern. The staff were pleasant and cleaned up well after the job was done. Very happy with the work. Would call again for a job.

Description of Work: Starting with the estimate and ending with gorgeous windows, Energy Pro was awesome! Duane (sales) came on a Saturday to do the estimate due to my work schedule. Dave (company owner) came on Tuesday of the following week to measure every window opening. The crew and the 20 windows arrived on a Monday at 9am and they were totally done by 5pm. They replaced every window, including three picture windows and three basement windows - the wood grain finish blends in with the existing woodwork and it's hard to tell they're not original to the house. Workmanship was extraordinary - they replaced rotted wood and everything is caulked and sealed. All the old windows and scrap were removed and they cleaned up after themselves, right down to sweeping up sawdust outside under the windows. This is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with - siding's next and I look forward to working with Energy Pro again.

Description of Work: They replaced several windows including second floor, first floor, and one finished basement window, and also a hinged patio door. They spent what seemed like a long time, very particular in skillfully replacing some of the boards on and near the patio door threshhold - making sure everything was level and plumb and tight. We were impressed with their thorough and exact craftsmanship and it was obvious they wanted to do the job right. We recommended them to my brother for a large, heavy sliding patio door and he was very pleased with the job they did for him. |

Description of Work: They came out talked with us showed us examples of their product, and measured windows for an estimate. They later came back and measured again before ordering the products. We were completely pleased with each step of the process and are looking forward to the installation next month.

All services were performed in a very professional manner with the technicians being knowledgeable and efficient. The work was performed in the time estimated and daily clean up was as if they hadn't been here. Excellent overall experience.
