t workWent very very well. Job was completed ahead of schedule, Very prompt, in their scheduling. Excellent workmanship. very tidy in cleaning up after a days work. They were truly a joy to work with. Didn't even mind our dog, so that was a plus. ....They take pride in their work. and that is hard to find today. Stan Kramer is right , they are the one's you can trust. Exceptional!!!!

I have spoken with just about every major window replacement company in our area and had at least 5-6 estimates. Earlier in the year I actually used another major company for 5 window replacements. Liked the quality of their windows but had some issues with the service and very expensive. Decided to go with Energy Pro for my next round of windows and could not be more pleased. I have a very large 3 panel patio door, but since I didn't want it to open in the middle, just on one side the entire door had to be special ordered and specially installed. Carl worked here for several hours, essentially "building" my special door. I love it! Looks so nice inside and out and kept all the nasty cold snowy weather out. All the old rotted wood was cleaned out and replaced. Was able to keep my thermostat at least 5 degrees lower throughout the winter. Very professional from the sales rep to the installation crew, worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. Quality of the door is excellent and price was more than competitive. Will use Energy Pro for all future windows and doors.

Second time using the company. First time was whole house window replacement. This job was done on time and on budget just as the first job. Well pleased with the quality of materials, quality of work and timeliness of completion. A very minor issue with the installation was corrected the day following my call to report the problem. I have found this company to be very responsive, do quality work and fix any problem that arises without hassle. I have recommended this company to my daughter and mother-in-law so I am confident that Dave and his employees are A+. Both have contracted with Energy Pro and very satisfied with the work they performed. Good people make a good company.

Gary showed the windows and explained how they would be installed. Dave came out and measured went over each window. we had wood rot on two windows the whole frame and underneath-basically powder. The bathroom window was new with no frame and figured out a way to frame it. the men that installed window went above and beyond they are true carpenters!the men made sure storm door they installed was straight it took some time. and the man who fixed rotten windows did exstemely excellent work! We are very pleased with craftsmanship..windows work properly.. look Great...And are sealed ..the window itself is an excellent window made well !

I had them replace 4 casement windows with casement and double-hung windows, and a sliding door with a new sliding door. One of the larger windows was on the 2nd floor. This was to increase my home's energy efficiency and improve its appearance. This was approximately a 6-hour job, with 2-3 guys. They replaced everything -- took out the old frames, made modifications as needed, dealt with any wood rot or other problems they found, and installed the new items. They were punctual and worked hard. They were careful with my property -- laid out protective coverings, moved furniture, were careful about bumping things, and cleaned up afterwards. They were also very courteous and professional. When they got done, the work looked great! And it's also great to be able to clean all the windows from inside, including the casement window on the 2nd floor. The only issue was that they forgot to order the foot bolt for the door. They ordered it and gave me a temporary bar to use in the meantime. One guy came here yesterday and had the new foot bolt installed in about 20 minutes.

It was great from the time that the salesman came out and gave me a bid. He said it would be four to five weeks and it was just about right on four weeks. The guys that installed them were nice guys. They knew what they were doing. They told me about how long it would take. It took a little less on what they'd thought. They cleaned up after themselves. There was nothing laying out on the yard. They put tarps all through my house so that they weren't walking on the carpet. When they picked them up, he took a vacuum and vacuumed up anything that might have fallen. I was really impressed with the service. I did look around so I felt like I got a really good price for what I purchased.

This is the second time that we have worked with Energy Pro. They are an absolutely great company to work with. Fantastic people from beginning to end. Their installation crews do outstanding work and are very professional and personable. Energy Pro has absolutely exceeded expectations both times we've worked with them. I would very happily recommend them to any of my friends and family.

We remodeled our entire house. We've seen it all. People who did not show up on time. People who did not do what was promised. Everybody promises a lot, not many deliver what was promised. We accepted it as a reality of life these days. So when it was time to replace the windows (the last part of our remodeling project) we were ready to "deal" with just another contractor. We were pleasantly surprised. They called when our windows were ready. They convinient for us time to install them. They actually showed up on time.... But the best part was the quality of their work! Energy Pro guys worked so fast and did not wasted a minute talking. It was a pleasure just to watch them work! You can tell that they've been working together for a long time! And when they were done picked up every little piece!

Overall - the process was seamless. A great company to work with and excellent results.

The salesperson came to our house and showed us the windows that they sell, their features and quality craftsmanship -- which I do believe they have a very high quality window. He then measured the windows in our house (11 in all) that we want to have replaced. He presented a quote that was a bit higher than two other quotes from other companies. In the end, the discount price that was offered was out of our budget, and the non-discount price was completely unreachable. Now for what I consider not so good (and the reason for the D and C ratings. First, It felt like a used car sales pitch -- including offering us a discount coupon that was only good until the end of the month (with two days left in the month...). In all honesty, it could've been a legitimate discount coupon but it felt like pressuring tactics. Right after the salesman left, I realized he had left the demo frame (the cutout one so you can see the construction). He said he would retrieve it, but he never has. I attempted to call the salesperson a couple days later to see if we could change the type of Low-E coating that was quoted on the Windows, I left a voicemail and I have never heard from the salesman again.

On time and professional consultation. We got some extras on our windows and they really made it work for our budget. Once the numbers were in , we ordered and the owner himself came to check in and confirm measurements - definitely a hands on ownership at this place, and it shows. Installation was fast, professional and went smoothly. All 18 windows were installed in one day - WOW! The crew was friendly and really had the experience to work quickly and make repairs to the house structure as they went along (included in the price BTW). I am very happy with the quality, operation and look of our new windows.

Two different people measured the window to make sure they had the right size. My husband stayed home while they did the work. The window looks beautiful. The glass is very clear, there's a screen, and the window stays up when you open it. They did an excellent job of caulking around it. I am so happy I am thinking to have them replace other windows in my house.

Energy-Pro did an excellent job. I was shocked at how efficient and professional they were. They were true carpenters and the quality of their work was exceptional. You would not know, even with close inspection, that the windows had been replaced. They look better then the original construction. It took four days to replace 37 windows, with four guys working from 8:00 to 4:00 each day. They used my garage to store the windows and tools during the project. They cleaned up as best they could between each days work. At the end of the project they cleaned every window and rehung all of the blinds and valances. The only work left for us was dusting (it was very windy during the day, so we had a lot of dust from outside, not saw dust). We also had a 1 inch strip of bare wood to paint on the inside of each window, from the extention jam they had to add to each new window. We were told about this, when we were bidding the project and elected to do this work ourselves. We also had two windows where they had to replace the inside trim boards, which we had to paint as well. I talked to several companies before deciding to go with Energy-Pro and I am so glad I did. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in replacing any number of windows.

I don't have the windows in yet but I have found them to be honorable, honest, and helpful. I am excited to work with them because I think they are going to do a good job.

From the initial phone call to installation, Energy Pro was great! The crew that put my 24 windows in were professional, diligent, skilled, and had great personalities. It made the 2 days of having my house invaded easier to tolerate. Energy Pro has always been quick and efficient about coming out and doing little jobs for me regarding my windows. After the April hail storm, they came out to repair some damage we had around the frames. Then I called after we sold our house to have a glider track turned (it was backwards and I never knew it) since inspector said it backwards. Energy Pro was at my house within the hour, turned the track and gone...all within 10 minutes. The windows are perfect and every painter, insurance or home inspector have admired the windows and the work Energy Pro did

They are very professional and are all very nice. They came in and got to work right away. They clean up after themselves and are very fast.

I called and Energy Pro Windows came out within a week. They measured and gave us their quote in short order. We had them order the windows and were pleased to find out they came in sooner then we thought, before the heat of the summer. Three men came to install the windows and had them in in less 6 hours. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate to use Energy Pro Windows again, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We had an excellent experience; think the windows and the installation are top drawer. The turn around time from estimate to completion was earlier than promised. The estimator came the same day we called. The windows were remeasured the day after the estimate. The first four windows were installed before the promised time and the fifth window (installed the next year) was right on time.

I decided to use them because they could do the work in one day. They are good windows; it was not the lowest price by any means. They did quality work and I am happy with them. I will use them again in the future.

Everyone that we worked with from Energy Pro was professional, straight forward and friendly. We had three Window replacement companies come give estimates to replace 3 windows. One of the windows was a large glass block window that was over the bathtub in our bathroom, and had cracked and was leaking. We were not sure if we should replace it with another glass block window or change to an obscured glass. Sean from Energy Pro was very upfront and honest that the glass blocks do not last as long and have a limited warranty, even though it's a more expensive product. We chose to go with Energy Pro because their products were of high quality, their costs were competitive, and their staff are employed all year round. Dave came out to remeasure the windows from the original estimate to make sure they are measured correctly, and then ordered the windows. When the windows were ready, they called to schedule a day to come out to install them. Two guys came out on the scheduled day to install the windows. They were running about 15 mins late due to traffic (several accidents that morning), but they called before the scheduled time they were supposed to be here to let me know they were running late. The installers were very professional and clean. They put down drop clothes to help eliminate any mess they may make, and cleaned up after they were finished. Even though they got started a little late, they still completed the job by the time they had originally estimated. The windows look great, and are much more energy efficient compared to the original windows. We have been very pleased with the windows and Energy Pro, and will plan to use them again when we decide to replace more windows.

We got three bids - Window World, Cornerstone Home Improvement and Energy Pro. Everyone was nice and professional during the bidding process, but Energy Pro was the only company to bring out a binder showing how they work on metal tear out windows. Both windows we ordered were custom and took a little longer to get than anticipated - I had to call and check on my order status (my only complaint). The delay was at the factory side, so not much they could do to expidite that. When our windows came in, they called to fit our installation into an opening in their schedule and the actual installation only took a couple hours. My tenants love the windows and we are very pleased with the quality. All the folks at EnergyPro are very nice to work with, which is an added bonus.

Wow, loved this company. Just like their commercials, they don't just talk the talk but pride themselves on customer service AND DELIVER. Felt like dealing with an old friend. From Sean-the sales person, to the office staff, to installers...these guys are really great. I could call any time with questions or changes and someone would be there to help. I researched a TON of window types and companies and originally was dead set again vinyl and inserts until I talked to this company. Their Sunrise windows are great, so well made and guaranteed!! All the other companies have so many add-ons for everything. This company's standard practice is to fix wood as needed and cap the outside, all included IN the price. I was having my house painted as well so their extra work allowed me to save money on painting that would have had to be done. I'm so happy I can now tip in and clean my windows, they look great and the workmanship on all levels (INSIDE & OUT) was top notch! My old, drafty triple tracks are bye bye and good riddance! Can't wait to see my energy bill savings! GREAT COMPANY/GREAT PRODUCT, highly recommend them on every level.

I was very disappointed after all the reviews I had read. I called on a Saturday and talked to the representative. I told him that I needed two replacement windows and maybe four. I also wanted him to measure for new storm doors. He was very pleasant and informative. He contacted my tenant that morning and made an appointment for that afternoon. They stated he was very prompt and polite. He indicated to me that he would get in contact me within a week .He also gave me his mobile number and I gave him my contact number. I didn't hear from him so I called the main office and spoke to the owner. He was very nice and told me I would receive a call within a few hours. Since I had given him my mobile number, I assumed that was the number he would call. When I arrived home that evening, there was a message from him.(I assume number from caller id) He apologized and stated he had been very busy due to the hail storm. Since I didn't get to speak to him I had a few questions about the windows. I called his mobile number at least three times and maybe four leaving the number I could be reached. I never received one reply. After reading all the reviews and the service awards, I am very surprised at their response. I realize that I didn't need a lot of windows, but I had indicated to him that I had five duplexes and would probably be needing more. I'm sure they must be a very good company, but I feel if I have to call the owner to get a response from his rep then I don't feel comfortable doing business with them. Perhaps they like to deal with larger orders.

It went very well. The installation was done well. We noticed a small crack in the corner of one of the windows three days after it was installed. They came out and swapped it out right away without any hassle. They definitely stand behind their product.
