The location of the installation was troublesome to access and Rick worked very diligently and cheerfully in going above and beyond. Rick did a Fantastic job with the installation! I was also very pleased he used a long lasting caulking. The windows are easy to operate and just as nice as they were when he installed them.

I am totally blown away by the professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness of this company! A three-man crew showed up a half hour early and immediately set to work. These three, Vern, Carl, and Steve, answered all of my questions and couldn't have been nicer. They treated my home with respect, and something I expected to be stressful turned out to be a positive experience. When they were finished, they immediately started putting my blinds and curtains back up, which was a great service to me. At the end of the job, my salesman, Dave, even showed up to make sure I was pleased. Honestly! These people made me feel like a queen and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all of my friends. I wouldn't go anywhere else for windows. I feel that if I ever have any problems, they'd be there to make things right. It's just that kind of company.

They did a great job. I spent close to $12000. They cleaned up. I thought I heard a seal pop on a window that was high up, about 4 or 5 weeks after, and they came out right away to check it out.

I needed windows replaced fast as a condition of selling my home. Energy Pro got my custom windows in fast and installed them the day they came in from the factory. The windows are high quality, but they were still less expensive than other options I looked at. I would use them again.

They did a tremendous job. Within the first thirty minutes, they already had the first two windows out and ready to be replaced. I was flabbergasted at how quickly and efficiently they worked. They clearly knew what they were doing, and they cleaned up very well. I can't speak highly enough about them! I'm looking forward to bringing them back for a sliding glass door and some more windows.

Had 13 windows and siding done. Windows were expertly installed in 1 day. They are good quality windows. Only negative is after completed, we had to clean all the hand prints off the glass. Just completed siding this week. Took approx 4 weeks. Nick expertly installed sometimes by himself in the cold. Job looks beautiful and I can feel house is warmer.

We looked at 5 total companies and chose to do business with Energy Pro due to a combination of the product, reviews, and most importantly, our comfort level with the installer. I preempted any lengthy sales pitches by the salesperson, Tom, by letting him know about my product knowledge, as I'd done a lot of research on higher quality vinyl replacement windows. He did not waste our time and quickly highlighted the product features, the installation process and answered all of our questions. Dave, the owner, came to do the final measurements and went through the installation again with us. The install was all done in one day and when they left, you could hardly tell they were there. The windows are excellent thus far and we are very pleased we went with Energy Pro.

Tom seemed very knowledgeable and initially had a nice presentation. After this, he was not very tactful in the way he handled the remainder of the sales call. He seemed to get frustrated with me that I was taking notes over the individual window pricing that he was discussing with me, as he was concerned over me sharing that information with another windows provider. His comments about it were almost to the point of being rude. He then inquired as to who we had previously received a bid from and when I told him, he started to make negative comments, but I quickly shifted the conversation so not to take the conversation to that point. He requested that we make the decision on the $10,000 in windows he was trying to sell us on the spot (which isn't uncommon I know), but I feel that he was attempting to take advantage of the fact that I had told him were didn't have much knowledge in the area of window replacement. When comparing to the other quotes I had, this one was almost $3,000 higher and the windows were very similar in structure and specifictions. Regardless, I had asked that he email me a bid, which he never did. I made a follow up call and sent him an email with the request as well, but I have not ever heard anything back from him. Energy Pro as a whole may be a great company, but my expeience with this sales representative makes me question their integrity, and due to this fact, I will not be doing business with them.

It was all really good. They did a really good job. They put the windows in, the cleaned up and it looks really good. They did it in the time they quoted.

Everything was perfect. Workers were on time, professional and efficient. The windows are great and look wonderful.

I was impressed with Duane, the salesman who came out for the estimate. He was thorough and professional, had great product knowledge and there was no pressure. His product, Sunrise windows, seemed to be a good reliable product. I also liked the fact that their installers actually work for EnergyPro and are not subcontractors. In the many reviews of replacement window companies that I read the installation seemed to be equally important as the window itself. However, in the end I decided to go with a company whose installation process includes removing the existing window frame and installing a whole new window to the original window opening. As I understood EnergyPro's process, the replacement window is simply an insert inside of the existing window frame. I have uncovered some wood rot around a few of my windows and decided I did not want to risk covering up potential existing problems. If not for that issue, I probably would have selected EnergyPro to do my work.

Energy pro was OUTSTANDING. Initially I was wary of all the positive comments on here -- I thought they might have been padding their reviews. But I soon found out after dealing with them that they are really that good. The experience I had with them from the estimating process to the price negotiation to the quality of the windows and install was exceptional. They are true professionals. The windows are very high quality and should last much longer than the builder grade garbage that was put in our house when it was built 17 years ago. Install team arrived on time and were very professional. They took care with our landscaping and water feature. Will be using this company again next year for install of some more windows.

Very professional from the salesperson to the installers. The work was performed quickly as they had many installers on site. They also cleaned up after themselves. We had one window that was leaking the evening of the install and we contacted the company immediately. They sent someone out quickly and fixed the problem. Great customer service.

We started the process of looking for a window contractor earlier this year and went through a typical selection experience - start with recommendations from friends, do some online research, and choose 3 companies to provide competitive bids. We worked with Duane from Energy Pro during the initial meeting where he presented their product line and highlighted what he believed to be their market differentiators - the fact their installers are their employees, not sub-contractors and the impressive warranty on the install and windows. Their price was in line with other contractors but the warranty and use of employees with many years of experience are what ultimately provided the tipping point in choose them over the other companies. After we signed the contract, the next step was to get the final measurements for the windows so they could be sent of for custom builds at the factory. Dave, the owner of Energy Pro, does all the final measuring and it's a good way for the homeowner to have direct contract with the guy at the top. During the visit to complete the measurements, Dave also outlines a preliminary timeline and approx. dates when the windows will be completed at the factory and a rough estimate as to when Energy Pro would come onsite to do the install. Once the windows arrived, Dave contacted us to schedule the exact day/time for the installation. He gave a description of how the install would take place and the number of installers who would arrive. Yesterday - five trucks pulled up in front of our house and the folks got busy quickly. We were concerned that we may have a couple of areas where wood rot could be present and one of the windows required quite a bit of work from Dave's crew but it's all part of the included price. The wood rot wasn't extensive but it was good to know they take the time to make sure the install goes well by doing the right thing. The crew began their cleanup around 4pm and by 5 they were gone with no trace they had been here except 22 brand new windows! The crew from Energy Pro was extremely professional and cordial. They were willing to talk with me about the wood rot they found and what steps they took to fix the issue. When cleaning up outside, they even took a small pile of small tree twigs I had stacked before mowing the night before. What a nice touch. I can't say enough good things about my experience except to say that we have 15 more windows to do next year and Energy Pro will be the company who we'll be hiring!

I can't say enough about how professional the installation crew - Carl, Daryle, Steve, and Vern were. They were at our house at around 9:00 am and were finished by 1:00 pm. They covered the floor in each room/walkway with tarps and went right to work. What I liked best about Energy Pro was that they have their own crew for the installation. The do not sub-contract out this service. All of the windows were trimmed inside and out. Also, they were insulated and caulked as they promised. Once the insulation was complete the window openings were cleaned of any debris on exterior and interior of the house. Before they left, they instruced us on the proper operation of the windows and made sure that each window worked properly. This company/employees are FANTASTIC!!!! I cannot say enough about them. These widows, employees, and quality are the BEST EVER!!

Quick. Thorough. Clean! Our rep from Energy Pro was Duane Aldredge and our experience with him from day 1 was honest and low key. He listened to what we 'wanted' and explained what he thought we needed based on our sun exposure and home's age. We were shown window samples and given the details on each window's specifications in a way that wasn't 'dumbed down', but was certainly in a consumer friendly manner. We really connected with Duane and his approach, and EnergyPro's pricing. Highly recommend.

From the original price quote to the install, all these guys were GREAT! They had this done in one day! When they finished, everything was clean and picked up. I didn't even have to wipe off the window sills. The lock on the patio door was not working correctly, but these guys CALLED ME to follow up in just a couple of days and fixed it. These windows replaced others that we had installed about 6 years ago that were terrible. I can feel and hear the difference in my entire house! Thank you so much!

I selected Energy Pro from Angie's List of window replacement companies because of its high ratings. Tom Reed, from Energy Pro, made an initial contact during which he gave an extensive demonstration of the qualities and advantages of the windows, stressing their energy efficiency.. He also gave me a price for the completed installation which was roughly in line with other estimates I had received from other companies. Before the company ordered the actual windows, one of the company owners measured each opening, verifying Tom's initial measurements. About 3 weeks later when the custom windows arrived in the company's warehouse, Energy Pro scheduled the installation which was completed in the better part of one day. The five installers were employees of Energy Pro and not subcontractors. The work was completed efficiently and professionally, with only minimal disruption to the interior of the home. The installers hauled away the old windows and storms and cleaned up other yard debris from the installation.

Called to have estimate - liked the product and ordered windows - one of the owners came to measure the windows and determine what kind and what colors. The windows came in sooner than what I had been told to expect and were installed in one day. I watched the entire installation and everything was done in a clean and professional manner. On 2 windows I had some rot problems and after pointing them out specifically the installer did correct them without giving me any problems. I like the windows very much. The windows themselves get an A+ from me and the company as well. On this occasion the installers get a B+.

I discussed the feasibility of turning 2 regular windows into a bay window. After looking at all the options and construction involved, we came to an agreement and I ordered the bay and 2 other windows. Again the windows came in a timely manner. The window construction is excellent. The installation was done in one day, and the installers (a different crew than before) were very good. They did a great job all around - taking down wood paneling, reinforcing the opening, and reinstalling the paneling making the bay look like it was always there. I have to give this company an A++ for the work they did on this job.

Our initial contact with EnergyPro was Tom who provided us with an estimate and window demonstration. Tom was very friendly and did a great job of demonstrating the benefits of their windows. Once the new custom windows were ready (approximately 2-3 weeks after they were ordered) Dave contacted us to schedule a day to come out and install. The install crew showed up on time and was very professional and efficient completing the project in about 8-9 hours. The crew cleaned up after themselves and left us with some beautiful new windows. After the crew left I noticed one side of one window had not been caulked so I contacted Dave who came out and took care of it for me. Overall experience was great and will use them again without hesitation.

The installation was done in a timely and professional manner. The installers were an experienced crew and completed the installation in 1.5 days as promised. Crew cleaned up and left the premise in great shape.

It went very well. I called them in early July to inquire about when they would be at my house, and they told me I was scheduled for installation beginning on July 24th, and they showed up on the 24th, on schedule. It took about 2 1/2 days to get everything completed, but at the end of each day, everything was buttoned up, and cleaned up. The new windows look great. The crew that performed the installation were all very friendly, courteous and professional.
